AG Farm to Table: Ag Processing
Farm to Table: Ag Processing Students will learn the skills needed to prepare food that is produced on farms for the table. The students would gain skills in preparing different types of food produced on America’s farms. The foods would include vegetables, fruits, legumes and meats. The students would gain skills reading recipes, identifying growing method of different food items, measuring skill, food safety skill and etiquette. The final project would be to prepare a meal for a group with fresh products from the farm to the table.
