STEM Exploring the Emerging Technology Center

Play with all the new equipment at the ETC! Exploring the Emerging Technology Center (ETC) will be a dynamic and innovative high school course designed to immerse students in the cutting-edge world of the ETC equipment. This course takes a hands-on, project-based approach to introduce students to the latest advancements in technology, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Throughout the trimester, students will have the opportunity to engage with state-of-the-art equipment and tools housed in the Emerging Technology Center. From drones and Autonomous Mobile Robots to 3D metal printers and robotic arms and beyond, this course will provide a comprehensive overview of the technological landscape shaping our future. By the end of this course, students will not only have a deep understanding of the latest technologies but will also have developed the skills necessary to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing technological landscape. "Exploring Emerging Technologies" is the gateway to a future where students can actively contribute to the development and ethical application of cutting-edge innovations. Students will be able to sign up for Exploring the ETC multiple semesters.
