ELA Argument & Debate

During this trimester long course students will explore the art of persuasion in various media and formats along with formal debates. Students will learn the proper structuring of arguments and how to support them. Students will get various opportunities to pick an opinion and defend it respectfully, throughout this class. Students will also work with using persuasive elements with real world applications.
