FCS Family Foods
This course will cover basic kitchen safety, sanitation, equipment, food preparation terms, tools, measurement, mise en place and safe knife cut techniques and learn about family meal management. Students will gain skills that can prepare for employment in food service jobs. Lab experiences are part of the class.
