Ever feel like you have trouble putting your project together? Perhaps you could use some help in taking an idea and turning it into a successful project. In this course, we will examine the importance of establishing a program of work, planning events, creating checklists for successful events, and the value of service-based learning events. You will have the opportunity to create activities for team building to make a productive team. We will examine ways to motivate, recognize, reward, and retain members in your organization or group. We will have time to coordinate events, implement, and evaluate them upon completion.
Students involved in school and community organizations are strongly encouraged to enroll in this hands-on, project-based course. You’ll put your new knowledge and skills to work directly benefiting the organizations you are a part of and build your leadership skills along the way. The knowledge and skills gained in this course will set you on the path to success in your future endeavors in life and work.
