Course Description Personal Health and Wellness: This course is designed to proved students with knowledge to improve or maintain health and wellness throughout the lifespan. Emphasis will be placed on the seven dimensions of wellness and how the information relates to the individual, the community, classroom and client. In addition, the student will explore and identify the social and interpersonal factors of health that contribute to the development of individual value systems, goals, and health-related factors.
