PE Intro to Fitness

Within this class, more emphasis will be placed on developing your own personal fitness levels instead of sports participation. Students will utilize an individualized weight training app to build on their knowledge within the weight room. Students will learn muscle groups and exercises that will work these different muscle groups. Students may not retake class; completion of class will allow students to take Advanced Fitness 10/11/12.
