Junior or Senior students can choose to continue with the fitness side of Physical Education. Students will build on their knowledge of personal fitness from the Intro to Fitness classes. Students will learn to create plans that will specialize their individualized needs as an athlete. Students will dive deeper into understanding the science behind strength training and how to gain muscle/lose fat. This class is meant for students who are serious about improving their overall fitness level. This class may be repeated.
