This course is only for students that have completed and passed Beginner Fitness. In this class, you will create and customize your own fitness program. Various activities will be used in conjunction with the weight room. These workouts will be facilitated by the teacher, but students will be on their own for completing daily workouts. After completing this course, students will be able to create and implement their own personal fitness, strength and conditioning program, have a broad understanding for different types of fitness, and a great appreciation for lifetime physical activity.
