PE General Physical Education
Activities are geared towards social responsibility, skill, strategy, and knowledge development in each unit. Units will include activities related to fitness, team/individual sports, and leisure activities. Units will be introduced during the trimester that they are most likely to be utilized. SHAPE standards will be used for assessment.

Units may include, but are not limited to:

Fall trimester: Fitness activities, teambuilding, outdoor activities/recreational games, bocce, football, soccer, Frisbee, speedball, basketball, team handball, and volleyball

Winter trimester: Fitness activities, teambuilding, outdoor activities/recreational games, floor hockey, badminton, pickleball, bowling, and general weight room activities.

Spring trimester: Fitness activities, teambuilding, outdoor activities/recreational games, softball/ragball, kickball, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, tennis, golf, tinikling, and orienteering/geocaching
