PE Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is a performance-based class for students who are serious about getting into the weight room and improving their overall fitness. Students will undergo fitness testing, set goals related to the 5 components of fitness, and be expected to work towards those goals on a daily basis. We will dive deeper into various concepts revolving around strength and conditioning and improved athletic performance. Must have PE teacher approval to enroll.
