PE Yoga/Pilates

Yoga & Pilates is a class where the students can expect to participate in daily yoga classes that practice flexibility, balance, strength and breathing. This is a hands-on learning experience where students will be expected and encouraged to push themselves through learning a multitude of different yoga practices. Upon completion of this course, students will know the different limbs of yoga, the importance of finding mindfulness in our busy lives, and the difference between types and styles of yoga practices.
