If students are interested in a completely personalized Biology 9 experience, this may be the course for you. As an alternative to the face-to-face Biology 9 course, Bio9-PL will utilize the web-based curriculum IXL as the courses framework. This course will take place in an alternate classroom environment with supervision and assessment proctoring being provided by the instructor. The course will require students to complete the established electronic curriculum IXL provides by the closing of the trimester. The student's final grade will be determined by the cumulative scores of the 9 unit tests as well as the final exam which will take place at the completion of the course.
