It is recommended that students take Algebra II in conjunction with this course or before it. This course consists of the mechanics of speed velocity, acceleration, falling bodies, Newton's Laws, equilibrium, simple machines, work, energy and power, momentum, circular motion, wave motion and sound, and the study of light.
