SOCIAL STUDIES Contemporary Issues

Contemporary Issues is a one-trimester course for juniors and seniors. The goal of this course is to provide the students of Whitehall High School the opportunity to study their rights and responsibilities of citizenship through the daily issues of international, national, state, and local concern. We will specifically focus our research on political, social, and economic issues that confront our society today.
