SOCIAL STUDIES United States History
United States History will allow students to explore the relationships among people, places, and environments. Students will
learn about the geography and history of the United States and its influence in the world; examining change and continuity
over time in order to develop historical perspective, explain historical relationships, and analyze issues that affect the present
and the future. We will be exploring topics from the turn of the 20th Century to the present day as we interpret the current
affairs of the US and the impact these have on our country and the various regions of the world.
