TECH ED Emerging DIY

This is an advanced project based course that builds upon the skills acquired in Construction 1 or DIY. This course is a hands-on, project based course that covers the lumber milling process, advanced joinery, additional fastening hardware, and finishing processes. Projects will include student led, designed, and fabricated furniture, cabinets, nightstands, or other additional projects. ***Students will be able to utilize the equipment in the Emerging Technology Laboratory such as the laser engraver and cnc mill to add customization and professionalism to their projects.
