TECH ED Welding I

This course will put you on the track to becoming a career welding. Topics focused on in the class will be: Oxy-Fuel Cutting, CNC and manual Plasma Arc Cutting, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, and GTAW welding. Students will be exposed to the GMAW and SMAW welding processes in all positions. Students will also gain a basic understanding of the TIG welding process. This will be the first level Welding Capstone course and will be taken before Welding Capstone 2. Transcripted credit is received upon completion of Welding Capstone II.
