TECH ED Intro to Welding (Welding I)
This course will be devoted to the basic welding processes. Students will be expected to perform basic welds using the following processes: Electric Arc, Oxy-Acetylene, Plasma, and MIG. An emphasis will be placed on safety, material, electrodes, welding positions, welding joints, cutting and grinding. Students will use their newly acquired skills to create metal based projects and understand the basic metal fabrication.
