WORLD LANGUAGE Spanish I/Español I
This introductory course will give students a firm foundation in the Spanish language. Students will learn vocabulary and expressions from a wide variety of themes, as well as the present tense verb conjugations and other beginning grammar concepts. Personal characteristics, family members, furnishings, school, food, sports, and culture will be studied. Fiestas will also be celebrated throughout the year.
Note: It is strongly recommended that outgoing college-bound freshmen take this course their first year of high school.
