WORLD LANGUAGE Spanish I/Español I

This introductory course will give students a firm foundation in the Spanish language. Students will learn vocabulary and expressions from a wide variety of themes, as well as the present tense verb conjugations and other beginning grammar concepts. Personal characteristics, family members, school, community, food, sports and activities, and culture will be integrated in every unit.

Note: It is strongly recommended that outgoing college-bound freshmen take this course their first year of high school.
