WORLD LANGUAGE Spanish IV / Español IV
This course will focus more on communication skills through informal conversations, listening activities, readings, and written work. Previous grammar concepts will be reviewed, and the introduction of the subjunctive mood will studied along with formal and plural commands. Students will continue to study Spanish vocabulary on a wide variety of themes - food, parts of the body, errands, passages of life, culture. Note: It is strongly recommended that students take Spanish IV the year after they complete Spanish III. Students who wait to take Spanish IV a year after Spanish III will have a more challenging time than those who took Spanish IV immediately after Spanish III.
